Waxing usually last up to three or four weeks!
We recommend that waxing services are performed when hair has grown to no more
or less than 1/4" in length, approximately 3 weeks of growth. We regret that
we cannot perform waxing services on clients taking acne medications, alpha
hydroxy acids or antibiotics due to increased sensitivity.
What to Expect During Your Wax Service at ABC Spa
When you arrive at ABC Day Spa, you may be asked to fill out an in-take form if this is your first visit with us for waxing services. This is for your
safety and helps us learn more about your skin type and ensure the best
results possible. Information provided is confidential.
Waxing services performed at ABC Day Spa are done in the privacy of
one of our professional spa rooms.
You will be escorted through the spa into a private room by your aesthetician.
For best results and to ensure your safety, we cannot wax skin that has been
exposed to a sunburn within the past 24 hours. Also, certain medications
like Retin-A may increase your skin’s likeliness to burn or tear during waxing
so be sure to fully inform your aesthetician of any prescription medications
you are currently taking.
