I had the most incredible massage - deep tissue- with Matt last night,
and I feel like a million dollars.
The facility is beautiful- clean, quiet, cozy, and updated.
Matt was an amazing masseuse. He was very professional and asked me upon
meeting where I needed the most work. He was also attentive and silent if I
didn't want to converse.
Valentina, the owner, greeted me and pleasantly showed me the beautiful facilty. I will definitely be going back and taking advantage of their weekly specials. This is the best kept secret in Freehold.
Besides feeling wonderful, massage has many important health benefits, like
stimulating circulation, which causes improved blood flow.
This helps to
increase the oxygen in our tissues, which in turn helps to flush out toxins
and reduce fluid retention. The heat produced by massage and the resulting
increase in blood flow also helps our muscles relax and release tension.
